1. Cinderstone Online

What is Cinderstone Online? Cinderstone Online is a MMORPG developed by CodeVision and therefore comes with a sweet and comic-like graphics. It plays in the open, medieval fantasy world called Cinderstone and the players will start their journey in the city of Cinderstone.

The story is a classic hero journey: The characters start the game as small farmers who are on the way to save the world. It is threatened because the deity created Cinderstone has served in the creation of the world to the worlds of other deities. And they want their parts back now.

Cinderstone Online was previously developed online under the name Fioresia online. Meanwhile, a first closed beta ended, which took place from 29 July to 5 August 2021. The development is progressing. More about the game is available on the corresponding Steam page (via Steam).

What features offers Cinderstone? In Cinderstone, you can, of course, prescribe completely the story and fulfill different quests. But it should also give a dynamic farming and housing system with which you can deal with. The houses should be completely customizable.

You should be able to decide in what to stand for a region of your house (stand, mountain and Co.). You can customize it from the outside and inside and decorate independently. In addition, you have the opportunity to create your own garden in which you can grow the most diverse plants. You can then sell the green sale or process.

2 . Palia

Developer / Publisher: Singularity 6 | Release: About 2024 | Platform: Currently only PC

What is Palia? Palia is an MMO developed by the Developer Team Singularity 6. Exciting here is that there are some veterans of Blizzard, Riot Games and Zynga on the game. The publication is not done in the near future. The game was announced only in June 2021 and the development time should be at least 3 years.

Optically, Palia reminds a little to the Zelda game Breath of the Wild. Unlike other MMOs, Palia is said to be peaceful and the social aspect is more in the foreground than action. So there should be struggles, but they are pure optional.

What kind of features offers Palia? You can concentrate in Palia all about decelerating aspects. A big feature in the game will be the Housing. The developer team has announced that you will have the choice of a thousand different objects when setting up. You can also:

• Fishing, cooking, farms, hunting
• Deep your relationship with the NPCs. These have their own history and you can make friends with them, or take a permanent relationship
• Interact with other players. You can visit you, go on a journey together or help you at the Housing
• Experience day night cycle. One day in Palia equals 1 hour with us in real time.

3 . Project X

Developer / Publisher: Dazzle Rocks | Release: Planned 2021 | Platform: Mobile, PC

What is Project X? Project X is a sandbox MMO from the Finnish Developer Team Dazzle Rocks (via Dazzle.rocks). In the game everything revolves to build, discover and experience adventure. A bit like a mix of Minecraft and Animal Crossing. In addition to the mobile version, it should also give an implementation for the PC.

You start on your own island that you can make relatively free. However, this will not be so comprehensive as in Minecraft. In addition, there will be a focus on social issues, such as interaction to other players.

The game should be developed over several years and supplemented by other gameplay content and new landscapes.

What features provides Project X? In Project X you are fully focused on making your island freely. This collects their raw materials that you can then use to build. Objects, but you also turn off over quests. In addition, there should be the opportunity to breed animals.

You can then take pictures of your creations and then share them through a social network in the game with other players. You can then visit your island and interact with it. If your visitors liked your island, then they could even give you a little tip.

4 . Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker

What is Final Fantasy XIV: EndWalker? Final Fantasy XIV: EndWalker is the fourth extension of Square Enix MMORPG. The subscription-regarded MMORPG enjoys great popularity and has different game content. If you want to try the game, then you can try a comprehensive, free trial version.

Basically, the game does not sound like Animal Crossing, but the extension endwalker introduces a content that should remember very much.

What Features offers Final Fantasy XIV: EndWalker? The new feature is the Island Sanctuary. Here, the players will receive their own island on which they should be able to live out as in Animal Crossing or in Stardew Valley by installing plants, or to take care of animals. So should be the own mounts and miniature companions part of the islanders.

There is no reason to hurry and there are no elements that the players would put pressure on. Our goal here is that players enjoy the slow life by carefree with their companions, making screenshots in their favorite locations and so on.

5 . Galaxies of Eden

Developer / Publisher: Cybernetics Corporation | Release: Unknown | Platform: unknown

What is Galaxies of Eden? Much is not yet known for Sci-Fi MMORPG from the Canadian Indie Studio to me Cybernetics. The game was announced only on August 6, 2021 and with the beginning of a first alpha the developers expect only in the spring 2022 (via galaxiesofeden.com). The announcement that it becomes a social sandbox mmorpg but first stop. The setting is overall futuristic.

In addition to the focus on social content, it should also give its own combat system, but the developers talk about that a single player in the world will not succeed. Thus, joint cooperation is very important.

What kind of features offers Galaxies of Eden? The game should focus very much on the influence of player communities:

• It should give habitable cities
• Players should be politically active
• The characters should be fully adaptable
