During the Nintendo Direct presentation of many different details revealed ANIMAL crossing: new horizontal. There were some good news, like free updates that add new events after the start. The first event is the Bunny Day, which takes place in April to commemorate Easter. Other events are planned for Christmas, Thanksgiving etc. For different events, players meet different seasonal characters.

This is just a one-time deal, which comes after the start, and players can not transfer any scores between systems.
