Peta is not satisfied with Animal Crossing: New Horizons
Peta has recently returned to Animal Crossing: New Horizons to protest the game, namely the museum that Blathers organizes. Blathers has been subjected to online harassment in the form of Peta demanding that it empties the tanks because the fish does not belong in captivity. Considering that Animal Crossing is a series on anthropomorphic humanoid animals, we can not prevent us from thinking that Peta takes pictures of a game that they should encourage players to play. Animal Crossing: New Horizons is available exclusively for Nintendo Switch but to be harassed by PETA, players will also have to subscribe to Nintendo Switch Online that costs $ 19.99 a year.
Peta made a descent at the Animal Crossing Museum: New Horizons, but the images of the event were quickly shared on YouTube and Tiktok. The animal protection group recently released a guide on how to play the game ethically, explaining many reasons why the game on anthropomorphic animals is cruel to animals. The museum is the cruel key of alleged animal abuse in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, that's why Peta has swarmed the optional luminaire of the island to express one's dissatisfaction. While the protesters ensured that their voice be heard, each player had to buy a copy of the game and a subscription to Switch Online to configure it, which allowed Nintendo to win.
Although we can sympathize with many PETA requests with regard to animal abuse, protest against Animal Crossing: New Horizons seems to be angled anger. While their protest included cries in the game throughout the museum, Peta protesters also used personalized designs to share their message. There is a hue of irony while animal rights activists protest against the cage of fish and insects while harassing a owl in the game that just works.
