The online services of Nintendo are currently not available

Several Nintendo platforms were affected in the last hours.

Nintendos Animal Crossing: New Horizonte is only a few more days away, but the company's online services are affected by problems. Services for Nintendo Switch, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, etc. are currently not available on the Network Status page. This means that multiplayer mode and access to the eShop are sporadic, if not completely offline.

The interruption of the services is probably due to the influx of more users who stay home due to the Covid-19-Coronavirus pandemic. It is worth noting that Xbox was confronted live with similar problems that have been fixed quickly. How long it will take until the services of Nintendo are online again, remains to be seen.

Luckily, there is still some time Animal crossing: New Horizonte Publications. Nintendo Switch will be released on 20 March. The first major update will be released on 19 March. Update 1.10 offers support for the free Bunny Day of the season. The event itself goes live in April and allows for players from ANIMAL crossing: new horizonte and animal crossing: pocket bearing special objects to earn.
