Animal Crossing: New Horizons Update 1.1 is now live
An internet connection is required for accessing the first seasonal event.
As promised, Nintendo has published the first update for published Animal Crossing: New Horizonte before the start of the game. For those who are preinstalled via the Nintendo eShop, Update 1.1 should be downloaded automatically. Patchotes can be seen here, even though they are in Japanese.
Fortunately, the Reddit user notamamooglekupo has published a translation of the same. The update provides support for the first free seasonal event, the Bunny Day, which goes live in April. However, it should be noted that players can not access the event by setting their system data forwards. An internet connection is required to check the actual date on which the event begins on April 1st. After that, the event can be used without internet connection. It is also worth noting that the playing user must have a connected Nintendo account if this test is performed.
The functions of the Nintendo Switch online app will also be activated tomorrow at 13:00 clock JST. Some articles contained in the update are a Nintendo Switch piece of furniture and a carpet that Nook Miles deserves for Switch online members. Animal Crossing: Pocket bearing Players can visit the Resident Services computer for PC products. For more information, see you later.
