Series holds: Hamburg Towers also win against Heidelberg

The Basketball Bundesliga (BBL), official sponsorship name since 2016 EasyCredit Basketball Bundesliga (EasyCredit BBL), is the highest playing class in the German Basketball of Men. It was founded in November 1964 at the decision of the German Basketball federal (DBB) and introduced to the season 1966/67. Already in 1939 and between 1947 and 1966 a German basketball championship of the gentlemen was played.
