New Ghostbuster game by Ernie Hudson confirmed

Ghostbusters — The ghost hunters is an American Sci-fi Dream Comedy of the Supervisor Ivan Batman from 1984.

A few months ago information about a new Ghostbusters game performed. The co-founder of the developer studio illogic, Raphael Sadiq, inadvertently said in a podcast that the studio currently works on Ghostbusters. Ghostbusters actor Ernie Hudson confirmed the whole thing now and said that a Ghostbusters game definitely comes.

Cult Classic Returns

It has long been that a new Ghostbuster video game saw the light of day. Anyway, it is long ago that a game has appeared with the original characters.

2009 we got from Publisher Atari and Developer Studio Terminal Reality Beckman and Co. in an action adventure to see. 10 years later followed a Remaster.

Now the need for a new ghost hunter title seems to be present, because recently also came the newest movie in the series in the cinemas. Ghostbusters Legacy made a good figure for the fans and also brought some original actors from the cult classics from 1984 and 1989 again on the screen.

Ghostbusters game confirmed

Original actor Ernie Hudson was also that the rumors have confirmed around a new Ghostbusters game. Hudson played Winston Kenmore, one of the four chaotic Ghostbusters in the 1980s films. He returned to Ghostbusters Legacy as Winston.

As NGC reported, Hudson talked about the new game during a Q & A on the Celebrity fan festival in San Antonio. When asked if he wanted to be back in a game, he answered:

In fact, I've just got an e-mail because we'll make another video game. So you're planning the recordings, and I'm not sure who will make you. I think I and Danny [Abroad], I think I believe. I'm not sure if Billy [Murray] will do anything about it. So there will be another video game.

Already in the last Ghostbusters video game from 2009, the characters were set up by the original actors. It is nice to know that the developers of the new game want to stick to this tradition for the English version.

So it is possible that we will hear the three remaining performers from the original films: Bill Murray as Dr. med. Peter Beckman, Dan Abroad as Dr. med. Raymond State and Ernie Hudson as Winston Kenmore. Harold Ramps, the Dr. Ego Spengler has played, unfortunately already deceased in 2014.

A new Ghostbusters video game is

Ernie Hudson becomes Eddie Murphy

The development of the new Ghostbuster game, according to Hudson, also has its pitfalls. On the Celebrity fan festival he joked that the developers have problems with it, to get his appearance properly.

You have sent me prototypes of the character to get the appearance properly, [and] They seem to have difficulty creating my image. I think it's so strange that you will get Bill Murray, Dan Abroad and Harold Ramps so that They look just as they look like, but I look like Eddie Murphy or so. Anyway, we'll implement it, so when they make it, I do not know, but it will definitely happen.

Ghostbusters game from Illogic?

Whether this is the game described by Hudson by the Developer Studio Illogic, he did not leak. It may be one and the same game.

Illogic worked on games like Friday The 13th and Predator: Hunting Grounds, which is why it is assumed that the new Ghostbusters title will be an asymmetric multiplayer game.
